Website Terms
Terms for using this website. Updated October 23, 2026.
About us
Estimates, installation and repairs are provided under a separate written agreement with the company that performs your project. That agreement, not this website, sets the price, scope, permits, schedule and any guarantee.
Estimates and quotes
A quote request asks us to contact you about your project. It does not create a construction agreement. Your price is set in the written quote you receive after your on-site estimate.
Pricing and guides
Cost ranges and guides on this site are general information to help you plan. Actual prices depend on your property and are confirmed in your written quote. Permit, historic district, HOA and pool barrier rules can change; your project is reviewed against current rules.
